@XODELEC hola, UHM I saw your comment because I'm stalking people and idk this tip works for me but it might now work for everyone
Get a clear bottle, fill it with water and maybe some glue if you want it a thicker consistency, then put LOTS of glitter in it (yes I'm aware of how utterly stupid this sounds right now) and when you feel the need to harm yourself, get the bottle, shake it and then just watch the glitter fall to the bottom until it all settles
(Or idk I like to listen to positive music or upbeat music to feel better to so..)
Once again yes I know this sounds stupid but it works for me and it surprisingly calms you down so much hope it helps :)
