Hi, so it's been a long time. And before anyone gets thoughts, it may be a longer time still. I just want everyone to know I'm still trying to be that creative spark of a person I felt I was when I first took the road I did with Salvation and the beginnings of A Second Coming. I desperately want to be in that headspace again but we all know the struggle when it doesn't come so easy anymore. I don't know if you all get notifications about it but I'm always tinkering with my story and trying to read over it and fix it up in pursuit of getting back to being who I once was. I dearly miss being so creative and happy. Here's hoping someday I surprise you all. Continue saying safe in the meantime :) xo

I wonder how you’re feeling these few years later friend, well I hope. I’ve had a couple of stories I’ve sat on for months on end, it annoyed me to no end. I hope you find that spark again for your current or later stories, there’s a few in my basement I’ve lost the spark for ages ago lol. Either way, I wish you the best of luck whenever you get the feeling to start again, cheers!

@Semi_Sweet Thank you for the support :) I'm always just basically fixing up bits and pieces of chapters that I see that could be improved until I eventually reach the point in A Second Coming where I stopped writing lol. Usually there's not much to see with my edits but thanks again for being patient and understanding, you're extremely cool x

So just an update. I've been away, obviously, for a few months. I'm hoping to get back to writing and getting past this damn chapter, and with being on lockdown, I'm hoping its what I need to get on with it. Over the next week I'll be reeducating myself on my sequel so far so I'm in the best place to continue over the hurdles I've had.
i hope everyones staying safe and contained, and to those of you potentially on the front lines as 'essential workers' I feel you right now. It sucks having to go out there during these times. if you need a chat about it, I'm here for you. drop me a message, seriously. :) x

Getting slowly through my chapter. 2000+ words now. Its coming. And i'm happy with what I've got so far. I stress over it sometimes but at the end of the day i'd rather get it right than not. Hope everyone is well! :)

hey guys, last posted a chapter almost two weeks ago, it was a mega sized one. Anyway the start of the next chapter gave me trouble and pushed me back. I got past it in the end and we're in the party! Its all been described and such but its kinda tired me out so i'm gonna be taking a short break, like a week before i continue. I'm over a thousand words in but theres a long ass way to go. Sorry for delaying again. I hope y'all understand. I know I suck x

So my chapter was delayed, longer than I said, but I think I've made up for it. Get ready for me to drop a 9,000+ word chapter. Which beats my previous by nearly 3,000 words. To those who read the talk with Violet, this is still here, but just scroll past if you don't want to go over it again. I love the whole slice of life feel to this chapter tbh. Hope you guys do too!

Happy New Year everyone! So my chapter is going to be delayed by a day or two but only because as I was finishing it my brain decided to give me a really awesome direction to go in for the next episode which unfortunately required me to drop in some changes to the current chapter. Sucks I know but hey, I did say I wasn't rushing anymore to get chapters out. I'm feeling a little better about taking my time too so thanks for the patience! Hope you all had/ve a safe new year ! Xx

Okay, good news and bad news. I should have a chapter out on new years eve - thats the good news. Bad news is that it won't be the party... I know, I'm such a tease. But I just really thought that the party deserves its own chapter after all the shit thats happened so far. And I'd rather not squeeze it into the current chapter.
Okay now thats out of the way, and in the meantime, I'd really love a sort of back and forth with anyone reading my story. You don't have to and don't feel pressured but if anyone wants to message me privately on what they have so far liked about my sequel, what other things they'd like to see (really no promises) and/or any sort of feedback on where I could improve compared to my first book, I'd really love that. Don't be shy! I'm a cool cat.

@PyreFlie thank you! You're awesome. Yeah I am a tease sorry haha! But this chapter is a nice lead in because Louis has some hijinks before anyone is allowed into the party! Thanks again. I just need to always remember that even though i've read and edited my chapters over to the point of hating them sometimes that you and the rest of my readers are only seeing it for the first time and what has taken me weeks to write, only takes you ten minutes to read so its not as much of a slog as I think it reads like.
