i did apologize for being aggressive with her but i genuinely got insecure when she was showing the photos to them and i tried to unsend the photos but they aren’t so someone pls help me how do i unsend them

          basically, recently got social media and my pfp does not include my face
          my crush recently started following me so my friend said i should change it to one of my face
          i honestly wanted to change my pfp every now and then but not js bc hes following me
          anyways she told me to pose and i sent her back the photos and she’s insulting me i think? 
          “you don’t know how to pose”
          “you look like your posing too much”
          “why do u angle it like that”
          “why is ur hair in ur face” stuff like that
          i’m not sure if this is constructive criticism or what but it’s lowk been pissing me off a bit
          and then she shows the photos to our best friends in person and i lowk tried to take her phone away but i ended up falling on her on the bench (not like full on tackle but i was already really insecure and she wasn’t helping) 
          she was also telling this to our friends and i was getting rlly annoyed bc like i don’t always like people js seeing the photos yk?
          i’m alr insecure abt the way i pose and stuff like that but to see her openly make fun of it especially when i tried to smile hurt a bit ngl…
          idk if i’m being sensitive but someone pls give me advice on what to do + some pose ideas
