@SevenJewelx I like to go through old replies and old conversations from like 2 years ago. They were funny af. This is my workout ruotine:
1. Create your own personal playlist of songs from youtube that you like(i suggest you workout alone for this one)
2. Play the playlist when you start a 30 minute arm exercise (dumbells, push-ups, anything you want but it has to be a arm exercise)
3. Once you have finished your 30 minutes, do 250 sit ups (that's how many i do but you could start with 50 and every month maybe add a few more) I do 5 sets of 50 sit ups.
4. AAAANND now that you have finished i do 20 minutes of jump rope.
5. Make yourself a protein shake. Add 1 cup of water (into the blender obviuosly), crack an egg and put it inside the blender and then your protein powder (how many the protein powder it self tells you to add) You can put ice if you want.
