To the victims of 21 April 2019 targeted bombings in Sri Lankan churches and hotels, 
          I offer my greatest sympathies. This was a terrible thing to happen, just one month before the ten-year anniversary of the end of the Civil War, and we condemn the people who ruined Easter with the bombing of innocent people. Sri Lanka has already arrested 7 people linked to the attacks, and I sincerely hope that this was the first and last wave of bombings. To the families of the 207 dead, I'm so sorry. To the people of Sri Lanka, stand strong.
