if you're making intelligence ranking is it only IQ or it involves other factors if it's only about IQ I would put Arisu above everyone other than Ayanokoji reason is simple she's a good chess player Whiteroom provides you the best of everything isn't it so I assume the instructors who Ayanokoji fought in the WR were probably on the same level or above than an average chess grandmaster chess is directly related to Cognitive intelligence or IQ it is stated by Ayanokoji that in terms of chess skills Arisu is on par with the instructors Ayanokoji fought in the Whiteroom or might be superior to them but if it's overall intelligence like EQ SQ AQ Interpersonal Intelligence Interpersonal Intelligence Fluid Intelligence Mathematical Intelligence etc the ranking would be like this:
1.Kiyotaka Ayanokoji
2.Kyo Ishigami(stated by Nanase that Ishigami might be smarter than Ichika and Takuya also plays a huge role in Yagami's expulsion he also memorize the details of every students in the school including their family background and other stuffs)
3.Takuya Yagami(memorize each and every detail of all 156 students including background past etc in a couple of minutes predicted Tsubaki's plan has better manipulation feats than Ayanokoji)

@Aashura_66 9.Riku Utomiya/Hayato Kitou(the moment Utomiya grabbed Housen's hand Housen knows that Utomiya is fairly strong he wouldn't hesitate to fight Housen.Kitou is excell in martial arts has an A in physical abilities has insane Strength and Durability survived Yagami's attack when Yagami Hangs him although in Y2 Island Exam both Utomiya and Kito weren't fighting seriously but they are skilled fighters fs rightnow we doesn't have much feats of Nanase Utomiya Kitou and Kiryuin's physical abilities but I would honestly put them above Manabu idk just gives me the vibes that they are stronger than Manabu idk why but my Intuition says Utomiya and Kitou are stronger than Housen) 10.Albert Yamada(Even Koji needs to attack seriously to make him unconscious)
