Help I went to sleep at 4 am and my mom woke me up at seven to watch my baby sister I'm so tired rn T_T

I feel selfish whenever I vent online but I'm so scared for tomorrow because my moms going to court with my stepdad bc he tried to kill her and their not putting him in jail and then they dropped the other court case from when he tried to molest my sister. He would come into our room every night and touch us while we were asleep and knowing that it makes me wanna throw up. And then he just gets outta jail Scott free like he didn't do anything I actually wanna kill him but..... Wtf is a teenage girl gonna do against a buff black guy who can easily hurt me :( . It makes me so mad because he was like our savior when me, my sister, and my mom were homeless because of my dad he took us in and gave us a place to stay he saved us 7 years ago and now he's destroying our fucking family. My mom changed so much since before all this happened she has to work 3 jobs now while me and my sister watch our 2½ year old sister. My mom used to have so much patience with us but now she yells at us and constantly tells me I need to work out everyday and when I try to vent to her she ends up yelling at me I jst hate it I want her to be happy again I want our family to go back to normal. My dad has 8 kids and me and my sister are the only siblings in our family that are fully related. My dad got another lady pregnant two years ago and took all her money and then left her so now I have a little brother who's in Utah . Everyday I cry because I wish I was more like my older sister she does so much and I can barely help without having a mental breakdown. I used to be so close with my sister until she got a boyfriend and now she ignores me and shoos me away when I wanna hang out with her. She only talks to me about her problems and never asks how I am it's like no one cares if I'm not okay my dad doesn't answer my calls and never sends me anything it makes me sad because I just wanted a dad who cares ab me whenever theirs a problem he just says "I love you" and I believe him.
