Hey my beautiful cookies ! I’m prolly not gonna be able to update much of “The Art of Breathing” until the new year. I’ll update when I can I promise but there’s been so much going on in my life plus with the holidays life is cRaZy! I work 2 jobs, I’m gone from like 7am-10:30pm sometimes an hour later. Tons and tons of hospital visits and doctor appts on most my days off and setting up my new heart monitor and monitoring it at home and when I’m out and about (doing that this month). I’m so busy it’s insane. But I PROMISE I’ll keep updating it when I can ! Even if it’s one chapter if I have time I’ll publish❤️❤️ I’m just sooooo drained lately lmao
