Hey, so.. uh I'm probably quitting.. I haven't had that much motivation and I'm getting tired and it's not the kind where I wanna sleep. Just a lot of emotions all at once and I need a break.. I know I'm not going to get, I'm only 16 and I'm not sure I can hold on, but I'm trying. So I just want to thank everyone.

@ShadowShakespeare don’t worry about it, like you said, you’re only 16. a lot of stuff is going on at that time. bro i’m 15 and i’m already struggling with life and not writing much. a break can be good. sometimes on here i feel pressured to always read certain stuff or i’m a bad person cause i feel like if i don’t then the person will feel like i don’t like reading their works anymore when it’s because i’m just so exhausted both physically and mentally. and with writing i just can’t. i have no motivation anymore. it’s not that i don’t want to write, it’s that i physically can’t make myself type a single word. so i see where you’re coming from and just pressures you feel and always being surrounded by people who make you feel uncomfortable as a high schooler can do a lot. but i hope you hold up well, stay strong and stay safe ❤️

@ShadowShakespeare hey, it's okay to take a break and is okay to focus on our mental health because is very important. try spending a few minutes on something that calms your mind is a great way to take a break and practice self-care when feeling overwhelmed and stressed. It can be as simple as spending time in nature or enjoying a cup of your favorite tea quietly. you can take a nature walk , deep breathing , power nap , watched something funny on YouTube , throw stones into a pond or river or lake or ocean; watch the ripples spread out over the water; do this again; feel your own stress melt and ripple away. you are also allowed to plan a longer break, maybe a day or two, where you can unplug, step away from it all and recharge and replenish over a longer period of time. it's okay not to be okay all the time.
