Happy Diwali to everybody out there!!! Diwali's not just about clean houses and mithai+faral and rangolis and kandils (lanterns) (although those are some of the best parts of Diwali), but also about spending time with friends and family and appreciating them.
For me, this Diwali is especially important because it's also a time to acknowledge and appreciate the fact that we are still here, alive and breathing and healthy to experience this day. Today's also important because today finally someone appreciates me on account of it being Children's Day
Anyway, that's enough of an aunty lecture for today.
