The FitnessGram Pacer test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter Pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start. The running speed starts slowly, but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal *boop*.

@Maddie_11son hey! I still write when I can, sadly haven't had as much time to as I would like. I've been without a computer for two years now and writing on my phone is difficult with it deleting as I type. I also struggle with writer's block on most of my stories I have on here. I have been working on a chapter for all of them on and off whenever I get the chance to. The past couple years have been chaotic for me and I can't apologize enough to everyone for my lack of posting. I am hoping to finish at least one story by years end.
