I read your Warframe/Neptunia/Persona crossover, and I was just wondering, have you ever played Warframe? This is because your fanfic apparently takes place after Erra, a quest in the game where the Lotus changes sides and becomes Natah. Excalibur Umbra told Zero(Y/N) about her change in chapter 2.
However, in chapter 18, there is a continuity error where Stalker( or by that time, the Shadow Stalker) and Hunhow, are fighting with Ivara and Zero. This is really strange as this does happen in the game, but it happens long before the Erra quest, and this is after the Lotus becomes Natah. So have you ever played Warframe?
