I've always loved to write but more importantly, I have always loved to share my story. It takes a lot of courage to write out your story.
My story is one of unjust retribution from my father. Growing up, I felt isolated. Like so many others, I believed and felt that I was alone. I longed so deeply to be seen and understood.
The piece that I am currently working on is being written with the hope that my readers will feel understood, seen, and heard. There is power in knowing that you are not alone. As much as this project is for my own healing, it is also for others' healing.
