          	1)communication ( self assessment, record your voice or make video just to improve yourself. Focus on what to say rather then what people say . Just change your thought and focus on positivity.  Accent does not matter just make yourself clear. Body language is very important, don’t look like a robot , speak by your heart so you will not have  to work on body language it will automatically be done .Story telling is the most important soft skills. )
          
          	2)Critical thinking ( create a situation and try to think critically and make the decision thinking all the consequences)
          
          	3)Creativity 
          
          	4) Cooperation ( everyone want to lead don’t be jealous and work  with honesty in team) 
          
          	5) Leadership ( leadership is about responsibility, leader is the one who first took the responsibility . )
          	6) Professionalism 
          
          
          How to balance between personal and professional life? 
          For this identify your type and what you is goal and think  can you sacrifice everything for your goals if not then specify your working hours and spend some time with your family and friends.

کچھ تجھ سے انجان تھے ، کچھ تجھ سے غافل تھے 
          کہنے کو  جو  تیرے  یار تھے وہ  بھی  کیا   کمال تھے 
          تیری سنگت میں جو ہم آئے تو پتا چلا وہ بھی کتنے نادان تھے
          جو یہ بھی نہ جان پائے کہ تم یار بے مثال تھے

جو موت سے نظریں ملا آئے اور پھر بھی آنکھیں دیکھائے، اُسے کیا خوف زمانے کا وہ چاہے تمہے بھی دفنا آئے۔

ہماری محفلوں میں بھی اپنا ہی دل بہلانے آتے تھے ، صاحب اس قدر خود غرض وہ تھے کہ ہماری ہی کوئی قدر نہ تھی۔

کبھی جو مسکرا کے گلے لگا لیتے ہیں ،
          کبھی جو راہوں پہ یوں ہی چھوڑ جاتے ہیں ، 
          پھر یوں ہی پلٹ کر اپنائیت دیکھاتے ہیں ، 
          یہ وہ لوگ ہیں جو خود سے بھی دغا کرتے ہیں۔

ہم نے یادوں میں ذرا ٹھہر کر دیکھا ، 
          جو خوشیوں میں شریک تھے ،اُنھیں غم کے لمحات میں ٹٹول کر دیکھا ، لیکن کہاں تھے وہ لوگ جنھے ہم دوست کہتے تھے۔
