@Shamir Its simple...Go to your profile and click on "edit" ... Then on the right side, it shows your profile picture and background, click on "change" and replace it with whatever pic you want.
          
          As regards the banners and videos and stuff like that, just click on your title, start reading and then on the far right hand side, you will see a box with "writer's tools"....Underneath it are various options like photo, video, dedication, edit and stuff, select whatever you want and there you go. You can post a video using youtube link and a photo from any link like photobucket or tumblr or something like that.
