Yes They Can Discuss Their Issues Because One Minute Their On The Same Page Then The Minute Their Not Talking to each other so I think while their in the tub they should discuss the problem they have. Also Justin Needs To Tell Rocky How He Really Feels When she is Around So Their won't be any confusion and rocky should express how she feels to justin without worrying about Landon and what he thinks because it's not about him it's about her and justin
