@ShandyStella That's great! Welcome to the site, it's a great community :) This a great place for new writers to try out their skills and grow their writing into something awesome. I'm still learning a lot too, but the people here have really helped me to improve. I'd suggest starting small, with a short story or two to get the feel of how you like to work. There are lots of contests and book clubs to enter to help you along.
