Been MIA since the end of June, because of assignments that were due in July (end of the last semester) and more that were due this week, (beginning of this semester. Eff my life.) 
          
          I've uploaded three chapters today, and hopefully another two will be up next week.

Phew uploaded Chapter Eight of CP, finally. It was a busy few weeks for me, because of an assignment/project I was working on, and I fell sick last week too. 
          Also found out that I failed the subject that I had to do the project for, which was a real bummer. Having to do the work again for that subject sucks. 
          Unfortunately I didn't have time to upload anymore stories for All For The Mischief (AFTM). Working on two more chapters for CP right now, so hopefully once I'm done I can work on one or two stories for AFTM. 
          
          

I will be continuing with my collection of short stories titled All For The Mischief, as well as CP. 
          
          I initially wrote these stories with an American/British all-girls private school in mind, but since there aren't much stories here by Sri Lankan writers, or stories based in Sri Lanka, I thought it would be a good idea to give my readers some insight into the country and the culture that I am proud of. 
          
          I have changed the names of some of the characters (inspired by my real, and very nutty, friends in the hostel), but their personalities have been left intact. Been drafting ideas for the next set of stories as well, and hopefull I will be able to upload two more in the next two or three weeks. 
          
          Stay tuned, and I will try to write and upload ASAP.

I started writing Cassandra Pendragon back in 2014. That was back when I had a fiction press account. 
          Then I joined Wattpad in 2017. Unfortunately I gave up on CP after uploading three chapters. Low self-esteem, mental health issues, higher education, work and family problems got in the way and couldn't write anymore. 
          But since the COVID pandemic hit my country in March, I've had more free time. So I started writing again. 
          So far I've uploaded four more chapters of CP. Not entirely happy with the quality of writing, but I'm not gonna whine and moan about it. I guess most people here don't write for the sake of perfection. They just write because they want to and they love doing it. 
          I guess I needed a reminder. 
          Shoutout to this amazing community of aspiring writers, and to my bestfriend who never stopped bugging me to continue writing CP! 
          Currently on a short break, to work on a uni project (A mnimum of 12 pages. Ugh). 
          Will be back with more CP chapters in about a week.
