Hey guys I'm hoping someone can help me. I'm looking for a book but I forgot the name of it. It's about a couple who lives on a ranch and they don't have a lot of money. The husband is an ex bull rider and the wife is like half native american. I think the husband's name is Cax. His long time friend Jacob comes back and visit, he just left the army. He comes and the old feeling he had for his former best friend comes back but he also has feeling for the wife. They end up having a three way relationship.  Can someone please help me find it.
