@Shara_G - Hi, this is a Trust and Safety team issue, and not something I can really sort out directly. It shouldn't matter how many people report a user. If a report or reports are made, action is taken only if the Trust and Safety team agree with the report. So, while these people may think they're 'getting justice' or similar, action will only be taken if the trust and safety team agree with the report, and these folks are making a direct correlation between them reporting something and it being removed which is false. Ultimately though, if a writer has had a story removed or their account closed they can appeal the decision, and there's information on the Help pages about how to do that.

@TheOrangutan Hey Gevin, thank you so much for reaching out. There’s a group of people creating accounts and falsely reporting authors, which is causing their accounts to get banned. This has happened to many authors on the Sri Lankan platform. I have plenty of evidence. after reporting without any valid reason, these people leave messages everywhere saying they ‘gave justice.’ I can share all the evidence with you if you can provide an email address. Thank you...!
