Dear kind people, 
          
          I've been  a ghost for the past few months and have pushed the people I love in the name of protection, I hurt them in the process of doing so. I can't tell how sorry I am because no amount of sorrys are going to cover for me leaving them hanging.
          
          But the least I can do is stay this time and that's exactly what I'm going to do.
