R.I.P. Landon Clifford. 
          	
          	Landon Clifford was an amazing father and husband but sadly took his life August 13, and was later pronounced brain dead on August 18.
          	
          	To anyone out there who feels tempted to harm themselves or take their own life, you need to speak up. 
          	
          	Go to someone you trust and love. Seek help immediately. I know you may not want to, and you feel like things won’t get better but I promise it will in time. Suicide and self harm is never the answer. 
          	
          	If you don’t have anyone to talk to then you are more then welcome to talk to me, and or call the suicide prevention line.
