ok here's the story in a really summarised way: so as we know, the mafia is led my malikai, who ends up being avens father. Harry is actually 2 years older than he says he is and he and Quincy as the walker brothers. He was the one who killed his father, after all the abuse his father made him go through. Harry's mom died in childbirth, but his father loved her and always blames Harry for it, which reflects now. Avens mom was actually affiliated with malikai, but then she ran away when she found out she was pregnant and was under the rader for quite a while (12 years obv), then malikai found out about their daughter and was dead set on taking her with him, that's why she ran away, left Aven and Winnie with their grandmother and never looked back. When aven first attended the duplicity concert, malikai found out she was alive again so he made an elaborate plan of getting her involved with band. He kept tabs on her for two years and made it so that the ivy school wouldn't except her but send her to an advicer who would recommend her to duplicity. Harry always knew she was malikais daughter (I think, I don't really remember) and malikai and ordered him to train her enough to join the mafia. The incidents which happened (the skeleton mask person) was Quincy all this time and malikai eventually says that he's been doing that purposely to identify her potential and strengths. After this chap, Harry trains her excessively, making her even better at surviving, they get through various dangers together and she learns how to defend herself real quick. Eventually down the road, Harry opens up about his past and tells aven everything he know the mafia and malikai and how he knew from the start. It starts mainly because aven finds something out, and then Harry has to explain everything.

He continuously follows her and they start developing a bond again. They get off together sometimes and Harry starts writing in the journal that she left, writing every detail of everyday so when she comes back, she might wanna read everything that's happened to him and her

This extremely cripples her and makes her question is everything that happened between them was lie, just after that time, Harry and aven get into a planned car accident, malikai knew that Harry now loved his daughter and wouldn't let her join the mafia not get to know about him truly, so he made the accident happen. In the accident, I think Harry's not wearing a seatbelt I think and he has loooot of damage. He doesn't wake up for days and days, but aven does. That's when she first meets malikai. He threatens to end Harry's life if she refuses to join the mafia. In turn she puts down a agreement that the mafia will free the band from its influence and let them live their life however they want. Malikai tells her he will leave them alone if he never sees their face again ever, and the minute he does, hell put a gun through their head. This all happens before Harry wakes up, and after he does, everything comes crashing around him because he only wanted one thing, for aven to not join the mafia and that's what happens. After all that time, he goes in their room and find that blue cross eyes teddybear sitting on the bed. Aven had stuffed her journal which she wrote consistently. She explains what happened in the last few pages, and tells him that she never wants to see his face ever again. He doesn't listen and goes to rescue her anyway at one of the prenicts and ends up getting caught and Niall Liam and louis have to rescue him. Once the agreement starts, one thing that malikai fails to mention, he out all the crimes of duplicity since the band first wtarted, destroying their image in public and putting all the police around the world after them. They have to go into hiding. I think this is where duplicity ends and complicity starts.
