hey guys, lol yes I'm alive.
So I know I have been inactive for quite sometime. This school year has been kicking my ass and frankly Wattpad has become a place that i don't find myself being confident in anymore. I want to try and redefine fanfiction for myself; move on from simple-simping 12 year old me that read fanfiction to get a quick fix to a young adult that wants to share her creations and bring smiles to people everywhere. I don't want to see fanfiction as 'cringe', i want to see fanfiction as Fan-made fiction; Au's, spin-offs, ect!
Now I'm older, (17 now can you believe it?) I believe it is time for me to start a new. Move on to bigger and better things, and I believe that I should start with my online presence. I know that I'm not popular by no means, however there's 33 of y'all and I would be sad if all of a sudden a small writer I liked disappeared without a goodbye.
So, first and foremost. I'm thinking I should leave Wattpad and migrate over onto A03, a writing platform and that seems to be a lot more mature than a simple fanfic site. Start all over. I have some original stories I'd like to share, and also some stories that would be considered 'Fan-fiction'; 2 tmnt ones and the babtqftim one i never followed up on haha.
Or i can stay here?
Let me know what you guys think. I definitely want to start taking writing way more seriously as it is OBVIOUS that the way I day dream, create stories to songs in my head 24/7, and that urge and excitement and thrill that story-writing brings to me that I need to do something.
