It is so frickin hot! It was like 104 today! Then i cut my wrist on my window and passed out from blood loss and heat. Productive day!

Sometimes i bottle up my emotions. Then i release them all on my punching bag. The only way I keep from breaking in front of others. And showing my weakness.
