            I really hope things get better. I don't know how to help you but here's a virtual hug. May you feel good very soon and have a lot of good days. Always feel free to talk to me when you just need someone to listen.
            I was also very sad for over 3 months... and then I recently had 2 good days. I feel like tomorrow will change that and I don't really want to lose happiness, but it's okay. It was nice to be happy.

@ UnravelAsha  it's soooo kind from you to ask! Thank you! I would lie if i said I'm doing splendid, but im managing. Depressive episode should end soon, and as for anxiety i will have an appointment soon and hopefully i get some new meds. How are you doing?
