I am a mother of two brilliant children, a wife, and a teacher. I love what I do, it is hard work, but worth it! I think I am going to try to write some Medieval Romance/ Drama/ Mystery short stories/novellas. I would prefer if I didn't get posts asking me to hurry and post new chapters, as I have a very full plate as it is! I will post when I have the time to write. Right now, I think that I will probably wait to post my first chapter until the end of the month, so I can have it edited before I receive feedback. 

I am an avid reader, and I honestly prefer to read than to write. (If you had to write as much as I have, you would understand!) I like lush characters that I can visualize. If a book or story can pull me in well enough, it takes a person to literally put their hand in front of what I am reading to gain my attention. (MY kids sure LOVE that...lol) I read all of the Twilight novels in 3 days. I love and am inspired by John Steinbeck, Edgar Allen Poe, Patricia Cornwell, Michael Palmer, Charles Dickens, Charlene Harris, Tess Gerritsen and many many others. 

I am highly intrigued by the House of Tudor (You know, Henry VIII and his 6 wives, Queen Elizabeth..etc) Thus, my wanting to write about medieval times. I have read a few historical romances, but found them to be dry, and lacking. I hope to change that with the fictitious kingdom I have created and the cast of characters I am in the process of developing. I am still trying to set the scene too, which is proving difficult, but I will get there. I am working on mostly dialog right now, and will add the details when I finish trying to figure it out.
