I have written poetry my entire life, but it wasn't until high school when I became interested in writing stories. I had a class assignment to write a short story that was to be 3 pages long. I finally had to bring my story to a close when I realized that it was almost 60 pages long. But there was more to write in that story!!! I was hooked on writing.

After high school my writing stopped when I met the man of my dreams and we were married and began a family. I put my writing on hold until my 4 amazing children were raised, okay, almost raised. My oldest had graduated from high school, but my youngest was still in elementary; close enough, I really missed my writing. At this point, my husband and I started our own business, Keep It Marketing, which is promotional products and embroidery. However, my writing wasn't about to be left behind, so it reared its beautiful head and became part of our lives; and so began my writing career.

I must admit, I never understood the thrill of video games, however, my husband and children all love them. After reading my fantasy novels my husband and two sons stated that my world that I had created for my books would be an awesome setting for a video game and we started designing one. And so began my very first venture into the video game world. Now, as of this writing, my video game will be ready for the testing phase by the end of the year. After testing, and any updates that will need to be done, my game will be launched on FaceBook, titled, "Kiera's Colloseum".
