Pag nag-unpublish ka ba ng story, mawawala na lahat ng reads and etc..?

I'm planning to unpublish my story "I PRÓTI MOU KARDIÁ" hanggang sa matapos ko na yung buong book and nai-revise ko na siya ng tuluyan. Sooobrang dami ko talagang dapat ayusin sa story. Any suggestions or advices po? I'll appreciate it. Mukhang hindi talaga maganda ang writing style ko ih.
