Caleb went to another town in the area, where he grew up at. Elkville. He knew plenty of Ghouls from there that he used to run with, before joining Sanctum. Maybe he could talk a few of them into joining the cause.
His first stop was an old friend that lived by the abandonded thrift shop on the highway. A knock upon the door would yield immediate results. It didn't take long for the door to open, and once it did he was face to face with the one he came for.
"James." Caleb spoke simply.
