I hope you’re all doing well. I just wanted to give a quick update since it has been a busy few weeks for me.
Recently, Super Typhoon Uwan reached my country. Thankfully, there was no major damage in our area, and my family and I are safe in our apartment on the second floor. I truly appreciate the concerns and prayers from my friends irl who reached out.
You may have noticed that I haven't been making announcement posts for updates lately. Even before my current exams, I’ve already been quite busy, so I scheduled the updates in advance to keep everything consistent.
Right now, it’s my final exam week, and I still have more exams in the weeks ahead. Because of that, I might continue to be a little less active, but I’m still here!❤️
I’ve had both good and not-so-good experiences on Wattpad recently. I won’t go into detail, but I’m choosing to focus on the positive and on the people who continue to support and inspire me. ❤️
As for my writing journey, when I think about how long my story might go, I feel like it may even finish after I graduate! But who knows? I have many new stories planned too, and I’m excited for what’s ahead. Don’t worry, I don’t plan on disappearing or going on hiatus. Balancing real life and writing has always been my expertise eheh.

Good evening, everyone! I’m happy to share that I’ve made significant progress on the next chapter and I was able to complete roughly half of it tonight. However, with upcoming quizzes and exams, my writing schedule may be a bit unpredictable for the time being. Hi everyone! I hope you are all doing well. I apologize for not being very active recently.
Yesterday, my family and I visited my granduncle’s grave together with my relatives I had never met before. It was a nice opportunity to get to know my cousins from my granduncle’s side of the family, and we enjoyed a small picnic together.
During the Halloween party with my friends, I actually didn’t plan to attend at first, until one of my friends showed up at my house unexpectedly to pick me up, haha shameless I know. Since I didn’t have any costume prepared, I decided to wear a formal outfit: a black coat with a vest, a white shirt and tie, and black trousers. Then my brother added a black cape, and I suddenly felt like a duke like Lucien! Except I don’t have dark blue eyes, of course. :-)✨♥️

I’m happy to share that my research defense was successfully held this morning. I’m sincerely hoping that we will receive a favorable result. After the presentation, my friends and I took some time to relax and enjoy the rest of the day together. ❤️✨

@RedPetal49 To tell you the truth... I do have an idea iykyk :-)✨ They’re two sides of the same coin, and both frighteningly smart. A dangerously elegant thief who hides behind the thousand faces and a stoic inspector who swore to catch her. But what happens when he finally does? Also it gives me a noir vibe.✨♥️

@ShigureShinyGaze Congrats!! ❤️ Let's see... I'd say a pairing that forces one or both parties to see the world from a different perspective - i.e. understand why the thief steals or reflect on the larger social system - is a plus. And I love seeing love overcome obstacles like being forbidden or being in conflict with someone's duty (like arresting the thief). And seeing the adorable inner struggle of people thinking, "No, I *can't* be attracted to this person, I need to squash these feelings... so why am I getting lost in their eyes and holding their hand every time we find ourselves in a sticky situation?" ;P So I can definitely see some great elements there. I can also see it lending itself to cat-and-mouse chases, leaving clues/riddles for the inspector, etc., and other such hijinks. :)

I’ll be putting my writing on “pause mode” until our research defense is over. If you know what a capstone is… well, no need for me to explain myself . Our defense is this Sunday, so my groupmates and I need to hunker down and prep like our academic lives depend on it (because, well… they do).
