@ShinGodzilla20 I blame the writers, especially when it comes to the contingency plan bullshit and Batman Who's Lame. Considering how much he deals with, saying that he recorded potential weaknesses of regular DC villains is a lot more believable.

@The-Omen What's worse is that it robbed us of seeing the development of so many other good characters like Lee, Shikamaru and Choji and it also made the female characters seem like nothing more than simping side characters, especially Sakura. Having every girl in the class simp for Sakura except Hinata was ...cringe, to say the least. Hinata loved Naruto from day 1, though, so at least she didn't get too dragged down into the bucket.
