@HarryPotterWho Do a Harry Potter/ Doctor Who cross over. You could start with a girl getting called a witch and being sent to Hogwarts but it turns out she is not good in any of the classes and cannot even do the simplest spell. Something could happen where everyone is in danger and she is the only one who can help as this alien turns whatever magic abilities you have against you. She battles it but doesn't survive the next day, well not as the same person. She regenerates sending a shockwave of regeneration through the school waking everyone but when she opens her eyes she is in a strange room with round things on the wall and a man watching over her. She reaches towards his face and sees everything, she is part time lord, part witch but her powers are weak except the power of mind reading, any animal, any human, any alien. The doctor doesn't understand until he realizes she is the daughter of the master/missy.
