So I went to therapy today, which I hadn't gone in a long time, I hated it.
It's like you're going to meet this super nice person for the first time in your life, then you're supposed to tell all the stuff to that person who you just met, and then trust them to make things better. Isn't that crazy if you think that way?

@ShioriSwiftie Yeah I totally understand it, I never went to one actually because my mum knows a lot of them and she said, there's no one who isn't too close to her, but would be good, free, and would work with my age

@EnchantedGirlie28 yeah… it's not like I hate therapists, but I certainly don't have good memories with it

@ShioriSwiftie I think the problem with therapy is that there isn't a first stage which is only about to open your trust, people need time, and simply we don't give them that (I'm saying this as someone who wants to be a therapist when she grows up)
