Does anyone else get flashes of light outside their window that are unable to be explained? Or am I actually being stalked?

I heard my girlfriend say she hates herself, and now I can't help but cry. She doesn't see what I see and it hurts to know she feels that way. I feel so bad. This is probably what happened to my friends and family whenever I said that. I feel horrible. I am so sorry. This hurts so much. I probably hurt my loved ones the same way. It really hurts to hear someone you love say that they hate themselves. Why am I crying? Why can't I stop?
