          I am over the moon by everyone's remark. I never expected to get this much comments and views in only 4 days. ☺

well done  I came across Edited Lives and the opening immediately pulled me in.
          The moment with the guard and the boy in the hoodie creates a lot of tension, especially when the boy reacts with something that doesn’t feel like fear or anger, but something more unsettling and aware. The line about “can you see it too?” really stands out and adds mystery right away.
          I also like how quickly the shift happens from that moment into Liam waking up somewhere completely different—it gives the story a strong psychological sci-fi feel, like reality itself is unstable.
          It’s a short start, but it already feels intriguing. I’ll be keeping up with it as you continue.
