But hello! I'm alive and doing well! I hope everyone is, too—the past few years have been especially harsh to everyone, and I'm so sorry if you faced some difficulties or even lost some loved ones. I send virtual hugs your way!
I'm not sure who would be reading this in the year 2022, but I somehow ended up here in this website again and found *a lot* of missed comments and messages. If,,, it hadn't been obvious, I've been on hiatus since the last update of my stories (haha). (Though I still am; I haven't thought of KuroBasu in a while, honestly, sorry!)
Now let me be emo for a second. Visiting this account and checking everything I missed got me feeling a bit contemplative. If it weren't for these stories and everyone's support, I probably would have been in a different path (AYYYE I graduated college while I was gone lmao). Or, at least, those played a huge part in some of my most important choices in my teenage years. And for that, I sincerely thank everyone for all the comments (and other expressions of enjoyment haha) my stories received while they were still being actively updated (and even during my hiatus period). You guys have no idea how all your reactions (even the yelling, man I love the yelling LOL) encouraged me and gave me a sense of sweet validation (灬º‿º灬)♡ Def some of my highest points as a writer—my words were read, and they made some of you feel things, lmao.
I also managed to form some friendships and interact with the fandom through writing and this account. (Sorry I ghosted a lot of you ;;;;; ) Talking to you guys have been the sweetest and nicest fandom experience I've ever had haha. Thank you so much for being a part of one of the most memorable periods of my teenage years.

Hello Eru, it’s been awhile!! It’s nice to know that you’re doing well. And congrats on finishing college! <3 I’m very much on hiatus just like you because I’m focusing on my studies, but the fanfics we created will always be a part of us. I got to know you (although not on a very close level) but I’m very happy to know that a fellow writer is doing well in life. The pandemic is almost over and congrats to us for surviving it. I wish you the best in your future endeavors! Lots of hearts! =)

On to what most of y'all are probably interested in: my stories. They're all still my babies, but there are some writing choices in them that my current self would no longer agree with. (I'm so sorry I put you guys through those plot points/devices because *man* some of them were pretty problematic.) So I'm not really... inclined to continue them at their current state, especially since I'm no longer as interested in KuroBasu as I was years ago. But who knows! I might get the sudden urge to revisit the series and fall in love again with the pretty basketball boys, and continue my stories after some editing. I still think of the planned plot points I would've wanted to write but wasn't able to every once in a while haha. (Because of this, I don't want to officially mark them as discontinued yet, more like under hiatus, if that makes sense.)
Anywayyy yep. This is mostly a thank-you note and a small check in. I hope everyone continues reading (even if it's not my stories), enjoying (fan)fiction, and having great online and offline experiences (touch grass regularly ok? haha) overall. I hope to see you guys around :3 Thank you again!
