Thank you for the follow! I can only do English and French, but my husband is also learning Spanish. I sued to speak german (my father was German) but lost most from lack of practice.

I don't know what your reading tastes are, but if you enjoy historical fiction, and ever get the urge to visit ancient Rome, my story on the life of one of its more scandal-prone aristocrats might entertain you.

If you mention your favourite genres here on your profile page, readers can suggest good books you may enjoy.

@Cinilla Thank you so much! also for the suggestion, i don't know why i haven't added my favorite genres to my profile, silly me. ;)

Regarding your story, the combination of history and humor sounds very applealing to me, i've read both, but never together, so i'm sure i'll enjoy it.

I only manage to speak Spanish, English, German and some Dutch, but languages has always been one of my biggest passions, so i don't want to stop there. ;-)

Thanks again! muchas gracias! vielen Dank!

Trilingual is amazing! I'm bi-lingual in English and German. I speak French, but not on the same level. And my Spanish gets me food in restaurants, no more. So respect!
          Thank you for following me.

@linahanson @schmetterlingsgmx Love conquers - maybe not anything, but a lot. I'm still impressed at what you managed to achieve there. I was also fascinated to hear about your background. And I agree with you - writing is passion. It's creative. So is love. Take care :D

@linahanson To be honest, i don't know how i manage to learn a new language (part of it, not all of course) quickier than most people, i guess it's a skill i have, i learnt english just from around, i had this subject from Kindergarden til Highschool, but all those years it weas the same redundant basic lessons.

The learning system we have in private schools sucks, so that's why in Mexico, almost everyone fails at getting an advanced level of English, unless you go to a bilingual/international private school, or you go abroad. I guess i'm a weird case because i learnt most of what i know, the same way toddlers acquire their native language.

With German it's a whole different story, love was my "secret skill" to learn it in less than 6 months, i never believed when books, tv and people said that love conquers all, or at least makes you do unbelievable things that under nomal circumstances you wouldn't dare to.

In my case that language was just one of those many unthinkable things i did for love ;-) and that's why i'm writing and preparing the book that will reveal my special love story to anyone who wants to read it and my wish is to publish it in Spanish, German and English.

Thank you again for reading me Lina, i'm far from being a real writer and creating something as brilliant as those stories you shared with me on the forum, but one thing is for sure, all i write comes from a sincere and broken -but still gentle- heart. It's my pleasure to follow you. :D
