I hope I'm not troubling you but I really wanted to read a few good books with no dominating male leads, I hope you understand what I mean- I once read a book named "His innocence" It was written by an Indian author and also, "Sweet n Sour". I'm really bored with the same plots and finding a good book here on Wattpad has become a tedious task. If you've read these two books, you'll understand which trope I'm trying to find-

I just wanted to ask this and couldn't get a better place than this profile to post...but has anybody read 'the concession ' book by evaaroy or something... I haven't read the whole book but idk why it was saved in my Library for so long..I read a chapter yesterday and the book seems so damn problematic..I couldn't read a single sentence without cringing...even though I just randomly picked one chapter to assume how the story is

@Shivani_Mandal ikr and I don't know why I had this sudden urge to report that book...I mean how can someone write such kind of characters and what is so hot about them..I can't find such cringe hot at all + these type of writers are writing bullshit and spreading cringe and people are literally reading that and that book is having millions views...that baffles me... what's wrong with the new generation reader of Wattpad...I mean Wattpad has really changed a lot in these 5-6 years since I'm on Wattpad and changed for bad..these type of Indian authors are literally ruining this good app

@angel_ritu same with me and I have seen many people loving it even people with big followers on bookinsta and it makes me so concerned because the book is written so poorly, the characters are so problematic I couldn't even go past one chapter

@Shivani_Mandal there is nothing wrong with kidnapping trope or toxic male leads but romanticizing it to the point where readers starts sympathizing with the male lead is disgusting and downright horrifying especially sexual assault/ abuse scene. And the saddest part is that minors are consuming these stuff and demanding a happy ending in the end.
