@ShoamEmily Hey and yeah I know that feeling it is really good you can recognize when you need that moment and you take it because its important your mind, heart and soul need to be one when you are navigating life. I know the feeling but I do hope all ends well and that the storm you are navigating doesnt drain you ❤️
