We all struggle in life and go through rough patches. People like to ban taking about stuff like this on social media in fear of people figuring out what self harm is and then doing it. But doing that makes people think they are alone. YOU AREN'T!!!
If I could go back in time and change the fact that I have scars on my wrist I wouldn't. They show people that I have struggled and overcame.
