This is being put here for future reference in case I get someone else asking about it, since I have been asked before.
I will never do a Persona 4 Arena story. Or an Arena Ultimax one, since that's just the second half of the same story as Arena. The reason is because they require using characters from Persona 3: characters I have no intention of using under any circumstances. Along with the fact that Arena Ultimax would be extremely difficult to adapt, with all the different story scenes and how they're all happening at the same time as others. It'd be a mess to follow with the way I usually write.
I'm sorry, but my stance is firm on this. Hopefully, you all understand.
