I haven't been writing much poetry these last few months, but I have been working on various projects that may, in the long term be brought out for the world to see. For now, I'm gonna try to get my head back into the game and release more of my works, some old, some new for you to enjoy!

Is poetry dying?
          
          Over the recent years, I've realized that the genre of poetry has become less and less popular. Yeah, there are a handful of people that'll read and like, and possibly share, but the popularity ratio of poetry to other genres like romance, thriller, action or even comedy is HUGE. 
          
          It makes me a bit sad to realize that my work may not be seen in the same spotlight as other works, but I still appreciate all those who love my content regardless. As an aspiring writer and poet, I think it's important to know what you're doing this for. Is it for the money? Is it for yourself or for your future readers who will one day love your work? Who knows really.
          
          I want to be known through my works, despite it not being a popular form of content than others. Even though I'll be publishing my books, I want my poetry to get as much as love as my other books. Which is why I love to support small, poetry content creators by reading and liking their work. And the same goes for me. You may not like it, but you reading it makes my day immensely. 
          
          Basically, while poetry may be dying out, let's continue to support the rising poets of the past, present and future generations! Love you guys! <33
