Hey Starrys,
I hope you're all doing well. I know my updates haven’t been as regular as promised, and I truly apologize for that. However, I can’t help but feel disappointed—both in myself and in the lack of engagement. While I see followers and reads, there are hardly any votes. I don’t even ask for comments, but voting is such a small yet meaningful way to show support.
Writing takes time and effort, and like everyone else, I need some kind of motivation to keep going. When I see 12-13 reads in a day but 0 votes, it honestly feels discouraging. This is the main reason why updates are often spaced out, sometimes once a week or even once in two weeks. I hope you can understand my perspective. I’m not claiming to be the best writer out there, but even I deserve a little love, right?
Now, moving on to updates:
My exams are scheduled from February to March, so I won’t be updating my ongoing books during that time.
The IAS Affair (Season-4) will likely be completed in the coming days.
Mujhe Pyaar Hua Tha will be paused after one or two more updates.
The Business of Hearts will be completely on hold starting January or February (this might change, but that’s the plan for now).
Additionally, I’ll start editing my older works, including fanfictions, so feel free to check them out if you’re interested.
Lastly, I urge you to support writers, not just me, but everyone out there. Writing takes a lot of time, effort, and passion, especially when we’re juggling it with our busy schedules. So please support this passion—it means more than you know.
I apologize for the rant, but I wanted to share my thoughts openly. Starting next year, after completing my ongoing works, I’ll likely stop updating on this platform and consider signing up as a paid artist on another site.
Thank you for your understanding, and for all your support so far. Wishing you lots of love and early wishes for the new year!
