To all 4 or so people who decide to read this; should I add a second part to all of my poems explaining them so you can get a better understanding of what they all mean?
Is mankind destined to hate and war forever? We wage wars in the name of piece but what does that even mean? Does man even care about piece or are we all just in it for ourself? Is piece just a shield people use to defend their actions? Or is their hope deep down that hatred and war will unite us and bring us together? Is there anything to back such a belief? Or does piece change when we are those with the power to achieve it? How has no one is all oh history achieved true piece? Or is the price of such piece one that is too steep to pay? Is it a price we all pay in the end?
Do our choices make an impact on what happens in the world? Or are we all just drifting slowly toward the same events in life with our actions only detailing how we get there? Do we get to choose those events or are some things just set in stone? Do our actions change anything about our future or does it just change how we get there? If so then what’s the point of anything? If not the why does it always feel like that no matter how hard we try to avoid something it always hits us? How does this world work? Does it?
