SilentSword1010

Hello, everyone! Now that “Lightspeed: Drug Detectives” has been completely published and is now viewable for everyone at any time, it’s time for yet another Interim Update!

          	1) As we’ve stated, “Lightspeed: Drug Detectives” is completely published! This is a follow-up to the novel that comes directly before it (“Powerhouse: Legend of the Archwave”), and focuses on Ariel Axilas a.k.a. Lightspeed’s second adventure as she strives to take down the Celestial Syndicate, a notorious drug cartel in the Dominican Republic. Hilarity, tears, and fourth-wall breaking jokes abound! Give it a try! (WARNING: The Epilogue is Not Safe For Work (NSFW)).

          	2) Now that we’ve wrapped up business with the Celestial Syndicate after two novels, it’s time to revisit one of the core Paragons: Carla Rosenblood/Nightclaw! As she continues her duties as an anti-heroic vigilante in the fictional town of Darkveil in Romania, will she continue to keep herself in check, or will she completely surrender to her bloodlust? “Nightclaw: Rampage” is in the very near future!

          	3) As for the novel after that one, it’s going to introduce a new main character while bringing several past villains back into the fold! Follow Razzilla, a happy-go-lucky demon from Hell who seeks to rehabilitate some of the PCU’s greatest villains! “Razzilla: Demon of Destiny” is in the distant future!

          	Thanks again for keeping it cool with me through over four phases’ worth of content. Having you all here and regularly browsing my adventures alone gives me the strength to keep going and keep putting my ideas to paper (kind of). Stay tuned for more updates, and be ready for the first few parts of “Nightclaw: Rampage” whenever they’re published!

@SilentSword1010 man I need your help with something.Could you with creating characters for the superhuman battle,kind of running out of superhuman characters and their powers to fight the Avants.

MakanAssiak

@SilentSword1010 don’t worry about it anymore,I’ve already formed opponents for Johnny in chapter sixteen,though I might decide to use these characters in potential sequels of Avants.

            How is Superhero’s son book series going lately,do you enjoy it and if so,let’s talk about it sometimes.

            Already writing chapter sixteen,can wait to get to the end.

@MakanAssiak Hmmm……alright, then!

            • Blur (M) - can create glitching/flickering afterimages of himself to disorient and trip up his opponents; it takes time and effort to find the real one, but excessively bright lights can wipe out the illusions quickly
            • Streakshadow (M) - can rot organisms and environment from the inside out (or outside in); the power appears as either black or very dark purple, and can reduce victims to withered husks in seconds
            • Vocala (F) - can “catch” people’s voices the first time she hears them, register them in her memory, and then mimic their voice with her own mouth or create puffs that can trick victims into hearing that person’s voice, potentially misleading and confusing the heroes
            • Transferator (M) - focuses on two targets at a time and forces them to swap bodies. The switches are only undone/reversed once he is defeated/destroyed/killed.

@SilentSword1010 I code named him Herod,because of one Herod thought himself to be god.God struck him down for that and Cyrus considers himself to be a god,well an high power at least.

@MakanAssiak See, when I think of the name "Herod", my immediate thought is King Herod from The Bible. The one who tried to start a culling of infants and kill the Savior when He was still a baby. But that's probably because I had a very interesting upbringing.

            What's the thought process behind codenaming Cyrus "Herod"? Is it something similar?

            I want to make sure I have a good grasp on Cyrus's power level first before I decide. There's an upcoming hero in the Paragon Cinematic Universe who can slow down time for people in her immediate vicinity (it doesn't have an infinite range, though).....maybe she could stand a chance against him!

@SilentSword1010 thanks for the comment.

            I’ve got plans for Cyrus in future works in mind.
            Already writing chapter fourteen.

            Any hero in universe 0005,that can go toe to toe with Cyrus.

            Plus I plan on code naming him,Herod.What do you think?

@SilentSword1010 I have posted chapter twelve

SilentSword1010

@MakanAssiak Oh, there's quite a few! I usually tack on "Superhero", "Superheroine", "Action-Adventure", etc. onto all of the ones I write, but I also add other unique tags depending on what that specific story is about! For "Avants", you could probably do things like "Superhero", "Superheroine", "Mutants", "Drama", "Action-Adventure", "Stigma", "Hatred", "Vigilante", "Vigilantism", "Rescue", "World", "Pragmatism".....things like that! Maybe if the Avants are particularly close, you could stick "Family" or even just "Friendship" in there, too!
