You know what’s annoying? When I started this fanfic (nearly two years ago now) I’d searched up if there was any names for sun in Na’vi. Nothing! Not even eternal. But now, I did a little check again and guess what? Sun is apparently sunu and tsan roughly translates to forever and always.
Man. Mä’zu’s name means eternal sun cause she’s born after a time of darkness and in eclipse, her parents ‘sun’. I know I could just leave it as a nickname but— egh.
I can’t really be bothered changing it so I’ll come up with something to compromise— my book is an AU so I suppose i can make it work.
