@Sillybilly12 No cuz what the actual fuck. That's terrible. I was scared of my mom saying it was a phase because a few months before i came out i just casually asked her her thoughts on the LGBTQ community and she said she supported them, said that for example if i went by they/them pronouns my mom would have to tell my sister "oh them at school" (LIKE NO? JUST USE THE NORMAL AND CORRECT GRAMMAR, "OH THEY'RE AT SCHOOL" NOT THAT HARD?) and I think she said something about a phase so when I came out in July (at a chick-fil-a out of all places </3) i literally told her it's not a phase and that it's me because it's not. I think she still thinks of it as a phase and I haven't once heard her try to call me by they/them pronouns nor ask me if I what clothes would make me more comfortable. (Earlier that year as well she was calling me wanting baggy clothes "a phase" because she assumed I wanted them because of insecurities. I didn't. I just like them and wanted them to make me seem more non-binary)

I recently came out to my mom about being a lesbian and you know what was the first thing she said? “It’s just a phase” I HAVE NEVER EVER liked a guy the very thought makes me want to claw out my eyeballs. Me and my brother fight a lot and multiple times he’s called me the F slur and my mom doesn’t do anything about it. Once she went through my phone and found out who I had a crush on. She tried to force me to stop talking to her and told me I was ruining my life being the way I am.

I hate my mom but as much as I hate her I also love her because she's the main care taker in my life, but oml she can get so annoying and usually sides with my sister and say I have to "be better since i'm the oldest" like my sister isn't respecting my boundaries? And she's being rude to me?
