I love to read and write. But I could never find a place to actually get other people's opinion on my writing. So while looking online I stumbled across wattpad. Now here I am.
(Small things to know)
-I'm fascinated by the unknown.
-I do not enjoy love at first sight. *sadly it's an overused cliché that still hasn't died*
-I like to see the hero get hurt and beaten, it makes them more human.
-I don't like the oversensitive damsels in distress that need the man to save them, while they do nothing and ball their eyes out. The damsel should either fight back and save themselves or at least aid the hero. You have two hands, fight!
-I love unanswered questions. Leaves you wondering why and with theories only you can imagine.
-I love reading a story with a long journey to love. The fight for it is amazing.
-I can do without another Twilight reference. Personally, I believe vampires aren't gorgeous unless they were born with good looks. No more sparkles. I liked it better when they burst into flames.
-I want another story where the main character dies. Sounds rude but it's true, when the main character dies, the belief that they are invincible is shattered. No one is invincible, not even Superman.
-Lastly, I want the world to open up and tell the moon it loves it.
(Honorable Mentions)
-The Short Memories of Calvin Lyon
'Writing isn't about making money, getting famous, getting dated, getting laid, or making friends. In the end, it's about enriching the lives of those who will read your work, and enriching your own life as well. It's getting up, getting well, and getting over. Getting happy, okay? Getting happy.' - Stephen King
