Well, I'm officially writing in a new fandom. Woohoo!
          
          The last few months I've been very difficult for me from a medical standpoint and have pretty much sapped all my energy away from writing. Like full burn out on all my projects except the pjo/hg collab cause I've got deadlines on that lol.
          
          So when Dragon Age came along at the end of the school year and I finally got off work, I allowed myself to become totally and completely obsessed with it. I mean, it's disgusting how many hours I have between Dragon Age: Inquisition and now Dragon Age: Origins. 
          
          The last week or so I've had an idea that wouldn't leave my brain and I decided, you know what, I'm allowed to ride this high into a different fandom if it means rekindling my love for writing.
          
          So here we are.

          Its official. Dragon Age: Inquisition has officially joined the extremely select ranks of games that I would kill to play for the first time all over again. It joins Skyrim, Oblivion: Shivering Isles DLC, Jedi: Survivor, and Halo: Reach combatting for the top of S tier first-time gaming experiences.
          
          Like, there is physical pain in my chest thinking about certain moments and the absolute awe I felt experiencing it—and the deep sadness that though it's still tremendously fun and replayable...I'll never do it for the first time again.
          
          Ah well. It's been nearly two weeks and I'm at about 120 hours of play time. Time to keep adding to that and making an infinite number of characters. I know I'm a decade late to this party but you all should join me here if you haven't. It's on super sale on Steam right now and was discounted recently (not sure if it still is) on the Xbox store.
          
          

Proud official owner of my fifth rare disease! And honestly I cried with joy over it today because suddenly everything made sense and I was no longer being tossed around from specialist to specialist. There's no cure for MCAS, and it means cutting out a bunch of different foods and lifestyle things, but to have an answer finally? Worth it.
          
          I don't need pizza or to spend time outside in the heat if it means not ending up in the ER over and over and over.
          
          This is your friendly reminder to advocate for yourself. If something just doesn't feel right, if there's a a little tingle in the back of your brain that tells you to keep pursuing, listen to it.

Hello Senator! As the end of Season Seven comes to an end, everyone needs to start thinking about whether or not you’ll be staying for yet another season. 
          
          Season Eight is going to be extremely tame; the only major event we are doing it the August Summer Event (more information will be provided soon). 
          
          We will be running off of a smaller senate this season, so senators may be encouraged to take on new committees and extra tasks to help everyone out. 
          
          Every senator who has participated in the last season will be allowed to join the Senate Alumni Server, even if you are leaving the Senate. This server will be solely for casual fun and chatting; no senate talk will happen. If you’re interested in joining this server, DM Rose or Red for the invite!
          
          If you have any questions before confirming, please let me know; now is the best time to discuss anything community-related on your mind. Please let us know here if you will be continuing in the Senate or leaving for Season Seven. Please reply by July 1st, but if you can’t that’s fine too :) 
          
          We are sincerely hoping that you’ll stay along for the ride, but we also understand if you’re unable too.
